If you were a Canadian kid in the 1970s, you probably remember the thrill of finding these wonderful little figurines in boxes of Red Rose Tea!

These little ceramic sweeties were made in the late 1960s and through the 1970s.  They were made in England by Wade, for the Red Rose Tea Company of Canada, and were a free promotional item included in boxes of tea.   Highly collectible!

Measures approximately:  Giraffe - 1 1/2 inches square; Puss 'n Boots - 1 1/2 tall x 1 inches wide.

Giraffe is in great condition.  I see no chips or cracks and glaze is good.

Puss 'n Boots is basically thrown in for free, since he has a very large chip on the back of his boots.  However, he is still as adorable as ever - just keep his back to the wall!

Disclaimer: Many of the items sold are vintage or pre-loved. Quality of vintage items vary with the manufacturing methods available at the time of production. They are not made to current standards of manufacturing ... and in my opinion, that is usually a good thing! They tend to be higher quality, last longer and include more attention to detail than today's products. However, safety standards do change over time, items do deteriorate with age, and it is up to the customer to decide how they will use each product.
