"Historical medical events, both the profound and the anecdotal, are noted ... one for each day ... The Physician's Book of Days highlights some of the achievements in the history of medicine. The advent of anesthesia and antisepsis, the development of specialized instruments, and the vast armamentarium of pharmaceutical treatments figure among the significant events in medicine through the ages."
Good Condition. No writing. Binding is tight. Bit of scuffing on spine and bottom right-hand corner of cover.
