Beautiful Mother's Birthstone Ring.
I have no information/insight of this ring which came to me in a miscellaneous box of "hodge-podge" but I will describe it as best I can.
It features 4 birthstones - I am making assumptions that these are: citrine/topaz (November), garnet (January), rose zircon/tourmaline (October) and ruby/carnelian (July). The stones are in secure prong settings and on magnification are very nicely cut/faceted. The band is solid and intricately cut/detailed in an open and hammered design on the sides.
It cleaned up beautifully and I am making the assumption that it is gold and that the birthstones are genuine. It is marked but I can't read the markings. However, it may be only gold-plate and the birthstones; only zirconia versions. Nonetheless, it is a gorgeous, well-made ring.
Snatch it up now for the low price of $149.99 as I may just go get it appraised!
