This lovable, laughing little fellow is "Poffles", one of the collectible World of Krystonia fantasy figurines of wizards, dragons and other fairy folk.
My research has revealed that he is made from cold cast porcelain, hand painted and holds a Swarovski crystal. Krystonia figurines were made in England in the 1980s through to 1995. They are now discontinued and very collectible.
Measures approximately 2 3/4 inches tall.
Great condition. No chips or cracks or missing paint. He does not have his original sticker on the bottom.
