Very good condition. Binding and pages are solid. No writing. There is a book plate (sticker) in the front from a little girl named Veronica and a tiny tear at the bottom of the same page which has been mended with clear tape. Slight ding to the upper left hand corner of the back cover. These are very small imperfections - I only mention them to be accurate. It is otherwise in very good condition.
