Fair Condition. I'm mostly selling this for those interested in this particular version for their collection. No writing or tears. The binding is currently solid but appears to have "cracked" in a couple of places inside (not sure how to describe it) but currently holding together. The first 20 pages or so are water warped and/or discoloured at the top. Still a decent readable copy and/or for the collector who needs this particular pressing for their set. Priced accordingly.
