Vintage Avon Collectible Porcelain Egg - "Autumn Magic Changes".
This lovely, well-made collector egg was:
" ... third in a series of four exquisite, handcrafted porcelain eggs to celebrate the joy and natural beauty of the seasons. Here a brilliant oriole takes wing amid the golden glory of Autumn."
This decorative egg features an oriole and burnished oak leaves with acorns. The back reads in gold script "Autumn Brings Magic Changes" ... which it does! It is also stamped "Source of Avon Fine Collectibles". I believe it was made in the 1980s. Would make a nice addition to your Autumn display, bird or egg figurine collection or a way to subtly weave the magic of nature into your home.
Measures approximately 3 1/2 inches tall by 3 inches across.
