Vintage Silver Plate Bud Vase / Taper Candle Holder.
This lovely and mysterious, fluted silver plate bud vase features a crest of sorts; on both sides. It is unmarked but definitely silver plate. I have polished it, used a lot of elbow grease and it has come up beautifully. Could use a bit more fine tuning with another polish but I will leave that to the next owner, since some prefer to let silver tarnish for a "dark" look. Would look lovely as a bud vase but would also accommodate a short taper candle.
It is unmarked.
Measures approximately 5 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches wide (at widest point - top).
